On a monthly comparison, more expensive regions have been Basque country (2,490 euros per square meter), Baleares (2.401 euros) and Madrid (2,045 euros), while among the cheapest they have located Castilla - La Mancha (875 euros), Extremadura (1,055 euros) and Murcia (1.166) euros per square meter).

With respect to October 2016, the flashiest upturns occurred in Canary Islands (11.03%), Baleares (9.98%) and Galicia (5.62%) and the most intense settings have occurred in Aragon (- 7.61%), Navarre (- 7.52%) and Castilla - La Mancha (- 5.01%).
