Picture of the day: countries with the best health care system

To have a good medical coverage doesn't spend all the money, at least in some countries. While in countries such as United States, United Kingdom or Germany you depend on the checkbook to be able to afford health care expenditures, in others such as Hong Kong, Singapore or Spain, no need to have a great fortune to be able to access a quality health system.

The Bloomberg ranking analyzed economies that exceed 70 years of age of life expectancy, have more than $5,000 of income per capita and a minimum of 5 million population.
