New beaches

The Canary Islands are land of volcanoes and as such, they have very different beaches from the rest of Spain. These are dark sands, mysterious and full of charm that, favored by its warm climate make them an excellent place to visit both in summer and winter.

Following the wake of the "pet-friendly" movement, the Canarian government has enabled several of its coastal zones for the use of our pets. Now we can finally go to the beach in the company of our dog friends!

The Canary Islands has a total of 8 perrun beaches spread across Gran Canaria, La Palma, Tenerife and Lanzarote. Would you like to know them?

These are the Playa de Los Tres Peos, Los Cuervitos Beach, Los Guirres Beach, Las Coloradas Beach, Bocabarranco Beach, El Puertito Beach, Confital Beach and El Cabezo Beach. All the beaches are very different from each other , offering coasts of fine sand, gravel or completely stony. Of course, whatever the Canarian beach you go with your dog, you will enjoy a completely dark sand or rocks.

Undoubtedly, one of the most attractive aspects of the beaches of the Canary Islands is that you can walk and enjoy them always enjoying the best temperatures. The islands have warm and pleasant springs, autumns and winters while their summers are hot. Another of the strengths of this coast is that it is very quiet and regardless of the time of year you visit, you will enjoy a quiet, rewarding and very relaxed experience.

The beaches suitable for dogs in the islands have a very recent history, because the first one was adapted in 2013 thanks to citizen requests over the internet. Since then, these have been multiplied to reach the many there are today. How many beaches do you think we will have in the summer of 2015?
